COMPLEMENT MODULES

ACCUMULATOR
It contains power consumption and system wear. It ensures minimal maintenance and maximum duration of the generator. It compensates short power spikes. It reduces water drift, by increasing the steam title. It reduces generator commutation frequency.

WATER SOFTENER
It keeps calcium deposits from forming on the heated surfaces and maintain optimal heat transmission, high yield and long lifetime for the generator. Automatic operation avoids the requirement for external supervision.

WATER HARDNESS ANALYSER
It eliminates problems and damages caused by water harness. Savings in water, time and chemical products that would be necessary for earlier water softer regeneration are increased.

WATER PH ANALYSER
It avoids the risk of internal generator corrosion, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability over time. It eliminates the need for expensive maintenance interventions.

FUME ANALYSER
It controls and records emissions values of fumes in the atmosphere for communications to ARPA _(Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment).

AUTOMATIC START
It turns on the generator in a completely automatic way.

PH ADDITIVES DOSAGE UNIT
Automatically corrects pH variations in combination with the pH analysis module, eliminating the need for time consuming manual corrections.

AUTOMATIC START-UP TIMER
It makes it possible to turn on the generator in a semi-automatic manner.

ANTI-CAVITATION PUMP
It allows installation of the water and condensation accumulation tank at ground level and favours more effective energy savings.

ADDITIONAL SPECK PUMP
It avoids production downtime due to water pump replacement and decreases maintenance costs. Careful pump sizing makes it possible to plan the first maintenance after 3,000 hours of operation. Water supply temperature may reach 105°C, guaranteeing greater yield on condensation recovery in this manner.

PREDISPOSITION FOR ALARM REPETITION IN CONTROL ROOM
It controls the generator remotely, reducing management time.

CONDENSATION RECOVERY TANK
It increases yield by limiting energy consumption resulting from water condensation recovery.
